Trabajadoras: Challenges and Conditions of Latina Workers

Published at the launch of LCLAA’s Trabajadoras Campaign, this report seeks to raise the public’s awareness about how Latina women fare in U.S. society and how advocates and policy makers can promote their well-being. In doing so, the report touches on a wide range of subjects, including Latina participation in the workforce and unions, harassment in the workplace, worker poverty, and healthcare.
