THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) will support the

efforts of the Coalition for Clean & Safe Ports and the Los Angeles' Clean Truck Program and will work to mobilize its

members to urge Ports throughout the United States to adopt similar programs that will address neighborhood concerns, to

ensure family wage jobs, port security, and clean air to protect the health and wellbeing of working families.
