Latina Equal Pay Day - Oct. 21st
Did you know that Latinas the group most adversely affected by the gender pay gap, being paid only 57 cents on the dollar compared to white, non-Hispanic men? This October 21st we celebrate Latina Equal Pay Day on the day until which the average Latina would have to work to catch up to the average white man’s earnings from 2020 alone.
