About Us

LCLAA  was founded in 1972 out of the need to educate, organize and mobilize Latinos in the labor movement. It has organized Latinos towards expanding workers’ rights and their influence in the political process.

Our Mission

LCLAA is the leading national organization for Latino(a) workers. Since 1972, we have been a grassroots organization directed by Latino labor leaders who use unionization as a vehicle to secure rights and job protections.
