Reaffirming our Commitment
Dear LCLAA Members and amigos
As we embark on the journey of the upcoming year, we recognize the importance of engaging in challenging conversations that foster an environment where diverse perspectives are not only acknowledged but also truly understood. Our collective success hinges on our ability to unite as a community, embracing the diversity within our ranks and harnessing it to forge solutions that uplift and empower our communities.
The essence of the labor movement extends beyond the tasks we perform; it is about the individuals who dedicate themselves to making it a reality. Each one of you is an indispensable part of this movement, and we deeply value and appreciate the unique skills, talents, and passion that you bring to the table.
As we enter this new chapter, let us reaffirm our commitment to the principles that bind us together – fair wages, safe working conditions, and a workplace that recognizes and values the worth of every individual. Together, we will persist in championing the rights of workers, advocating for justice, and actively contributing to creating a future where every worker is empowered and respected.
Let us face future uncertainties with unwavering resilience, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and progress. The upcoming year holds the promise of fruitful endeavors. As a united front, I am confident that we will overcome obstacles and make significant strides toward a brighter, more equitable future for all.
Wishing you all a year filled with solidarity, achievements, and shared successes.
Sincerely,
In Solidarity,
Evelyn DeJesus LCLAA National President.
