Women Build Nations
Querida familia LCLAA,
As we approach March, we take a moment to recognize the countless contributions of women throughout history. These great contributions have shaped societies, and our communities, workplaces, and movements and these achievements must inspires us to keep fighting fort the rights of women everywhere.
We cannot allow rollbacks that undermine not only our history but also the victories we have won through struggles and resilience. Every right we have today is recognize because of the bravery and determination of those who came before us.
Women don't just give birth, Women give rise to nations! From the labor movement to the fight for civil rights, women have been at the forefront leading and demanding justice. And now and days, they strength and resilience continue to shape our future. We must honor women's legacy by defending our rights, pushing for progress and equity.
Now more then ever, we must be strong, united and informed to confront the challenges ahead, and the deliberate attacks designed to silence not only women but communities of color and deny our strength.
We must remember, Women are powerful, our communities are powerful and together we have to continue to push forward. No nos deben callar!
In Solidarity,
Evelyn DeJesus,
LCLAA National President.
