Constitutional Amendments:

The deadline to submit constitutional amendments for the 2023 convention has passed. You can find the nine constitutional amendments that will be presented at the convention HERE! LCLAA held a virtual meeting on June 28, 2023, from 6-7:30 pm EST so that members unable to attend the National Convention could give comments on the constitution.

Resolutions:

The deadline to submit resolutions for the 2023 convention has passed. You can find the resolutions that will be presented at the convention HERE! LCLAA held a virtual meeting on July 19, 2023, at 5 pm EST so that LCLAA members not attending the convention could review the resolutions and give comments.

Late Submission Policy:

Resolutions to the National Membership Meeting shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary-Treasurer no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the meeting. Resolutions must be received by the National Secretary-Treasurer no later than July 3, 2023.

Late Resolutions or Constitutional Amendments will be directed to the National LCLAA Officers at the National Membership Meeting, and the appropriate committee(s) to determine if the Resolution(s) or Amendments were submitted in a timely fashion or should be considered further.
